Qinoorys places your privacy at the center of everything we do—from building the Qinoo app to managing user data. We’re dedicated to protecting your personal information with strict security measures and transparent practices. When you use Qinoo, you trust us with your data—and we work to keep that trust by giving you control over how your information is handled. This policy explains our data practices in simple, clear terms.
This document answers key questions about your privacy with Qinoo:
· What information do we collect?
· Who do we share your information with?
· How do we use your data?
· How long do we keep your data?
· What rights do you have over your information?
· How do we protect children’s privacy?
· How will we tell you about policy changes?
You have full control over your personal data. Here’s how to exercise your rights:
· Request a complete copy of all personal information we store about you (e.g., account details, usage history).
· Ask us to update or fix any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information in your records (e.g., a misspelled name, old email).
· Request permanent deletion of your personal data, unless we’re required by law to keep it (e.g., for tax compliance).
· Refuse to let us use your data for non-essential purposes (e.g., marketing emails, optional analytics).
· Get your data in a machine-readable format (e.g., CSV file) so you can transfer it to another app or service.
How to Submit a Request: Email architectpie5a@outlook.com with your full name, the email linked to your Qinoo account, and a clear description of what you need. We’ll respond within 5 business days.
We only collect data that helps us improve Qinoo and tailor it to your needs. All information is gathered either directly from you or through your use of the app:
When you sign up for Qinoo, we ask for basic info to set up your account:
· Full name (for account identification)
· Valid email address (for verification and updates)
· Optional preferences (e.g., notification settings, favorite features)
To ensure Qinoo works well on your device, we collect:
· Device specs: Brand, model, and operating system (e.g., iPhone 16, Android 16)
· Access info: Browser type (if using the web version) and IP address
· Performance data: App load times, crash reports, and network quality
We track your interactions to make Qinoo better:
· Feature use: Which tools you access most (e.g., filters, editing tools)
· Session details: How often you log in, how long you use the app, and peak usage times
· In-app actions: Saving content, adjusting settings, or deleting projects
If you enable location services:
· We collect geolocation info to offer location-specific features (e.g., local trends, regional filters)
· You can turn off location access anytime via your device’s privacy settings
We never sell your personal data. We only share it in 3 specific cases:
We work with external companies to run Qinoo, but they must protect your data:
· Cloud storage providers: Securely store your account and project files
· Payment processors: Handle transactions for paid features (if you use them)
· Analytics tools: Help us understand app usage and find ways to improve
All partners are contractually required to keep your data confidential and use it only for Qinoo-related tasks.
We may share your data if:
· We get a court order, subpoena, or government request
· We need to comply with local, state, or international laws
· We have to protect the safety of Qinoo users, Qinoorys, or the public (e.g., stopping fraud)
If Qinoorys is merged, acquired, or sold:
· Your data may transfer to the new owner
· The new owner must follow this privacy policy and keep your data secure
Every use of your data is focused on improving your Qinoo experience:
· Fix and optimize: Analyze technical data to fix bugs, speed up the app, and reduce crashes
· Personalize: Tailor features, recommendations, and settings to your habits
· Update you: Send in-app or email alerts about new features, maintenance, or security issues
· Help you: Use your account data to resolve support requests faster
· Keep you safe: Detect and prevent unauthorized access or fraud
We don’t keep your data forever—only as long as needed:
· We store your data while your account is active (to maintain your access and preferences).
· If you don’t use Qinoo for 12 months or more, we’ll delete your data (unless we have to keep it for legal reasons).
· We may retain limited data to comply with laws (e.g., tax records, audit requirements).
When data is no longer needed, we either delete it securely or anonymize it (so it can’t be linked to you).
Qinoo is for users aged 17 and above. We don’t intentionally collect data from kids:
· If we accidentally get data from a child under 17, we’ll delete it right away
· We’ll stop processing the data and notify the child’s parent or guardian (if we have their contact info)
We may change this policy to reflect:
· New Qinoo features or services
· Updates to laws or regulations
· Better data security practices
When we update the policy:
· We’ll email you (to the address linked to your Qinoo account)
· We’ll post a notice in the app
· The new policy takes effect immediately—using Qinoo after that means you agree to the changes
If you have questions, concerns, or feedback about this policy or how we handle your data:
· Email: architectpie5a@outlook.com
· Response time: We’ll get back to you within 5 business days
